Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills against staff, customer and organizational levels, formal and informal.
• Ability to work independently; self-starter.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Solution Training Engineer (STE) certification.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities (IPT, SSA, ELT, PMA).
• Acts as Scrum Master and as a coach, mentor, and instructor for Scrum practices.
• Provides SPC and STE courses of instruction to contractor employees and government civilians.
• Analyze science, engineering, business, and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
• Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate or improve existing systems and review capabilities.
• May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
• Reviews program plans for weapons systems, sub-systems, and IT systems.
• Prepares technical data for inclusion in integrated logistics support plans.
• Working at the customer site with government personnel to ensure program success.
