Job summary

Brandes Associates Inc. (BAI) seeks a Senior Computer Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience for our program at Point Mugu Naval Base, Camarillo, CA.

The ideal candidate has SAFe, Kanban, Agile and SCRUM Master experience, plus SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Solution Training Engineer (STE) certifications. U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret security clearance are required, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst.
US citizenship required; DoD Secret clearance required.
MA or MS in computer or information science or related discipline; substitution allowed with 4+ years of experience for 1 year of education.

Responsibilities

Interface with Government IPTs, SSA, ELT, and PMA members.
Serve as Scrum Master and coach to ensure Scrum framework understanding and adoption.
Provide SPC and STE courses to contractor employees and government civilians.
Analyze science, engineering, business, and data processing problems to improve computer systems.
Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate or improve existing systems.
Review program plans for weapons systems, sub-systems, and IT systems.
Prepare technical data for inclusion in integrated logistics support plans.
Work at the customer site with government personnel to ensure program success.
