Job summary

Brandes Associates Inc. seeks a Senior Computer Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience and strong SAFe, Kanban and SCRUM Master background to support a DoD program at Point Mugu/Camarillo, CA.

This role includes coaching, SPC/STE instruction, and collaboration with IPTs and government teams. The ideal candidate will hold a MA/MS in a computer or information science field or have an approved substitution, and must obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as described in the functional description.
• Strong SAFe, Kanban, Agile, SCRUM Master experience and related certifications.
• Must have DoD Secret Security Clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Government IPTs, SSA, ELT, and PMA members.
• Serve as Scrum Master and coach on agile practices.
• Deliver SPC and STE courses to contractor employees and government civilians.
• Analyze data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
• Analyze user requirements to automate or improve existing systems.
• Review program plans for weapons systems and IT systems.
• Prepare technical data for integrated logistics support.
• Work at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure success.
