Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with eight years of relevant experience.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and software paradigms.
• Expertise in distributed systems design, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Experience leading software development teams or managing complex system development efforts.
• Proficiency with DevSecOps practices and end-to-end CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience optimizing system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deep understanding of DOD and federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex intelligence requirements into technical capabilities.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Produces graphical, written, and verbal intelligence trend reports from complex data.
• Develops ML and data mining algorithms for open-source capabilities.
• Codes algorithms to support government intelligence search and discovery missions.
• Advises on data management within hardware, software, and bandwidth limits.
• Applies data science to predictive analytics, social media analytics, and wargaming.
• Documents findings and activities in formal products.
