Job summary

American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) seeks a Scientist III to support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane). The role focuses on computational EM modeling and analytical investigations for Navy R&D initiatives.

The candidate will conduct simulations, interpret results, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, while ensuring documentation and technical briefings for government stakeholders. Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited institution in Life/Physical Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in Life or Physical Science.
Experience constructing/modifying analytical investigations with mathematical/computer models.
Experience with computational EM modeling.

Responsibilities

Construct and modify statistical/analytical investigations using mathematical/computer simulation models.
Provide research support in computational EM modeling.
Design and execute simulations to analyze system performance and physical phenomena.
Interpret model outputs, identifying trends and anomalies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program research objectives.
Document methodologies and findings in technical reports and briefings.
Support reviews and provide SME input to government stakeholders.
