Job summary

The Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a junior to mid-level AFSIM Analyst to join our team at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division. This position will focus on Modeling & Simulation tasks using the Advanced Framework for Simulation Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) for electronic warfare and electromagnetic spectrum operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in modeling and simulation, a degree in a technical field, and programming skills in Python or C/C++. An active Secret clearance is mandatory for this on-site role in Crane, IN.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience in modeling and simulation.
• Working knowledge of programming (Python, C/C++).
• Must hold an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing AFSIM-based simulation scenarios.
• Work with senior engineers to integrate AFSIM outputs with complementary tools.
• Support model-based systems engineering (MBSE) efforts.
• Analyze simulation results and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams.
