Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Scientist II in Computational Chemistry to lead drug discovery programs focusing on RAS-addicted cancers.

You will design and execute computational strategies for hit identification and lead optimization, integrate SAR, structural biology, and ADME/PK data to inform compound prioritization, and develop virtual screening workflows across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in computational chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years industry experience with impactful contributions to drug discovery.
• Expertise in protein-ligand analysis, molecular modeling, MD simulations, QM calculations, and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute computational strategies for hit identification and lead optimization.
• Integrate SAR, structural biology, and ADME/PK data to inform compound prioritization.
• Develop virtual screening workflows and evaluate advanced computational methods including physics-based modeling and AI/ML.
