Job summary

ACF Industrial Energy in Orlando, FL, seeks Install Technicians to install and modify compressed air piping and components. You will perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work, interpret manuals and schematics, and ensure safety standards are met on each site.

You will perform repairs, read drawings, use hand and power tools, and travel to job sites. The role requires physical effort with lifting and endurance, and occasional overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (GED) required.
• 5 to 7 years of related work experience or training or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
• Experience on Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Quincy, Kaeser, Sullair, Gardner Denver, Kobelco, Boge, Kaishan compressors are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify compressed air piping and components as required.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of compressed air systems and accessories.
• Read and interpret manuals, piping schematics and work orders to perform installations/modifications.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and formulas.
• Use hand and power tools, meters and material handling equipment.
• Identify faulty operations or material and report to Install Manager promptly.
• Adhere to safety regulations and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Travel to job sites; overnight travel may be required.
