Job summary

Fs Compression is seeking a Senior Service Technician to install, service, and support compressed air systems at customer locations. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide advanced on-site support while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with service leadership, sales, and internal teams to resolve complex needs, travel to customer sites as required, and contribute to team development and accurate

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and components.
• Eight to ten years of related field service experience.
• High analytical ability with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Ability to work safely in high-pressure customer environments.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and related equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site technical support for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, start-ups, and commissioning support.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Explain system operation and service options to customers clearly.
• Maintain safety, follow site requirements, and adhere to regulations.
• Protect customer assets and maintain organized work areas and reports.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation on time.
• Support customer retention by delivering high-quality service.
• Share knowledge with teammates and mentor junior technicians.
