Job summary

Firefly Aerospace in Texas is seeking an experienced Integrated Product Lead for Manufacturing to design tooling, fixtures, and production equipment for aerospace composite components. You will select materials and processes to meet strict industry standards while driving efficiency and cost reduction.

Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage manufacturing programs to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Identify production challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
• Mentor engineers and coach team members on complex problem solving.
