Job summary

Qualifications

• All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks.
• A post-offer vision examination is required to confirm applicants are able to perform the tasks of the position.
• Preferred qualifications include composite experience and related fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates or participates in short-range and long-range planning within repair programs.
• Gives technical advice to management and operating departments.
• Makes independent decisions to expedite assigned projects and may recommend action on large objectives.
• Coordinates work programs and verifies work per instructions and specs.
• Fabricate, assemble, form and inspect composite parts and assemblies.
• Read blueprints/work orders and use measuring tools; work at heights and in confined spaces.
