Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Sr. Compliance Specialist will join the Compliance Training team responsible for Abbott's worldwide training strategies, including LERN.

Working under the Compliance Training Manager, you will interact with Abbott personnel globally and support training campaigns and communications. The Opportunity

This position is based on our Abbott Park, IL location in the OEC (Office of Ethics and Compliance). This is an onsite position.

As Sr. Compliance Specialist , you'll have the chance to work in the Abbott's Compliance Training team that is responsible for Abbott's worldwide compliance training strategies, including managing its compliance learning training system (LERN). This position will work under supervision of, and report directly to, the Compliance Training Manager, interacting with Abbott personnel around the world at all levels.

What You'll Work On

• Support Abbott's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) compliance training strategy and global implementation.
• Assist training manager with planning and implementation of LERN training campaigns and communications.
• Deliver training as needed. Available for traveling as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree, preferably in fields relevant to training or legal compliance.
• 3+ years of work experience, prior experience with training and/or compliance preferred.

The base pay for this position is

$78,000.00 - $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
