PENN Entertainment is seeking a Compliance professional in Henderson, NV to oversee Title 31 and related regulatory processes. The role requires audits, staff training, and facilitating timely reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in an administrative or auditing role.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal Title 31 requirements and related procedures.
• Maintain and audit currency transaction reports (CTR) and suspicious activity reports (SAR).
• Train staff on regulatory expectations and conduct assessments.
• Support investigations and audits for compliance matters.
