Job summary

The Park Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance across all areas of the bank. You will advise, audit, and train associates while partnering with departments to close gaps and implement regulatory changes in a community banking environment.

You will support audits, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and help maintain a strong culture of compliance. This role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and education to protect customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant compliance or banking experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to bank associates in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Perform routine monitoring, prepare reports, and coordinate resolutions with department managers.
• Arrange for and provide appropriate training to associates to achieve the Bank’s compliance goals and review new products for regulatory compliance.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and assess their impact on bank operations.
• Support external audits and regulatory exams by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Participate in compliance training and committees; assist in research and resolution of issues.
• Review advertising, brochures, and bank form documents for regulatory compliance.

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
