Job summary

Park Bank in Madison seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance across all operations. You will provide guidance, conduct internal audits, and support training to promote a strong culture of compliance within a community-focused bank.

You will collaborate with departments to identify and resolve compliance gaps, implement regulatory changes, and assist audits with professional documentation and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant compliance or banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and CRA programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to bank associates in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Perform routine monitoring, prepare reports, and coordinate resolutions with department managers.
• Arrange for and provide appropriate training to associates to achieve compliance goals; review new products for regulatory compliance.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and assess impact on operations.
• Support external audits and regulatory exams by preparing documentation and responses.
