Boston Jersey Limited seeks a Senior Compliance Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the compliance framework, helping ensure regulatory obligations are met while delivering excellent outcomes for clients and colleagues. Permanent – Full Time role focusing on accurate administration of records, reporting and governance, with exposure to AML/CFT/CPF

Qualifications

• Have or are willing to undertake a relevant professional qualification such as the ICA Certificate or ICA Advanced Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Accurate administration of compliance records, reporting, policies and procedures, supporting the business in meeting its regulatory and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• Support the identification, escalation and management of compliance, conduct and financial crime risks, ensuring issues are appropriately reported and remedial actions are monitored to completion.
• Provision of pro-active compliance support to colleagues, contributing to regulatory submissions, governance reporting, compliance monitoring outcomes, colleague awareness and the ongoing enhancement of the control environment.
