Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Workers' Compensation/regulatory compliance or market conduct experience.
• Experience with diverse state rules across lines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems, products, processes, and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a Workers' Compensation subject matter expert for the organization and provide support for other lines as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with market conduct regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting with Legal, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Train business areas on regulatory requirements and maintain compliance documentation.
