Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a skilled Compliance & Quality (Energy Efficiency) Senior Advisor to drive the effectiveness of energy efficiency portfolios. This role involves leading compliance strategy and ensuring that programs meet regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a minimum of ten years in compliance and regulatory spaces along with pertinent educational qualifications. The work model is hybrid, requiring attendance at one of SCE's facilities for part of the work week.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with regulatory filings/proceedings and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in utility or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements and identify strategies for risk mitigation.
• Facilitate training and ensure compliance remediation.
• Conduct audit reviews for compliance with agency standards.
• Lead regulatory report submissions.
• Advise on compliance with changing regulations.
