Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Compliance & Quality Senior Specialist (Energy Efficiency) to execute compliance, quality, and controls activities using data analysis and process reviews. You will monitor risk, support regulatory filings, and collaborate with Legal and Government Affairs teams to ensure defensible program results.

At Southern California Edison (SCE), you will assist in the execution of compliance, quality, and controls activities for energy efficiency programs through data analysis, performance monitoring, and process reviews. You’ll leverage program data to identify trends, assess risks, support regulatory compliance, and help ensure accurate, defensible program results.
Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on‑call rotation approximately every four to six weeks to support IMT activations during emergency events. IMT assignments may differ from an individual’s regular responsibilities.
