Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Compliance Business Partner to lead day-to-day compliance activities and drive risk-based solutions that support growth.

You will advise key functions, influence decisions, and embed compliance across development, commercialization, and business expansion. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver training, policy governance, and investigations support, while guiding program execution and continuous improvement of the Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting / auditing / healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited university/college.
• Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPH, PharmD, Master's degree, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry, including a minimum of 5 years of healthcare compliance preferred.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, or Patient Access functions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Compliance partner to assigned business functions, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, or Patient Access.
• Deliver engaging compliance presentations, training sessions, and risk-based communications to business teams and leadership.
• Provide proactive, risk-based guidance on healthcare laws, regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Develop strong relationships and provide practical, business-oriented compliance solutions.
• Support review and approval activities for materials, programs, and initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate compliance training programs (live, workshops, e-learning).
• Create, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Promote awareness of compliance requirements and a culture of integrity.
