Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Paralegal Lead to join the Legal team in an in-office role.

You will support the Litigation and Safety team on matters large and small, manage disputes, organize matter files, and help build playbooks and processes to strengthen Snap’s regulatory responses. The role requires 8+ years of paralegal experience with significant litigation work; in-house tech company experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal experience with substantial litigation work.
• In-house experience at a technology company is highly valued.
• Compliance with professional requirements (e.g., Cal. B&P Code Sec. 6450) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support Snap’s Litigation and Safety team on matters large and small.
• Manage all aspects of disputes including case prep, fact investigation, discovery/eDiscovery, and document review.
• Organize and maintain litigation matter files and playbooks; project manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal teams; gather information to support regulatory responses.
• Develop processes, organize information, and use company systems to improve efficiency.
