Job summary

EOLA Power, a provider of mission-critical power solutions in the United States, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage customer compliance requirements and onboarding processes. You will handle COIs, insurance documentation, and related records across multiple systems, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compliance or operations, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and systems simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, NetVendor, and similar systems.
• Track and maintain COIs, safety docs, training records, and registrations.
• Monitor expirations and coordinate renewals to prevent lapses.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, and customers for required docs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and maintain records.
• Maintain organized records of agreements and compliance docs.
• Respond to compliance requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Research and resolve questions involving insurance, safety docs, onboarding.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support operational initiatives and special projects.
