Job summary

ONEMESA in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Administrative Compliance Coordinator to support regulatory, SAFETY, and operational compliance across field operations. The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in a climate-controlled office environment.

The position requires detail-oriented and highly organized individuals who proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement, with responsibilities spanning safety training,

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ administrative experience in an office environment.
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate new hire training in a classroom setting.
• Ability to concentrate for long periods, review detailed documents, and interpret information.
• Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability.
• Must be self-motivated and able to perform tasks with limited supervision.
