Job summary

Navarino seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to lead the Group's compliance framework across jurisdictions. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic governance, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborating with Sustainability & Trust and Data Protection teams.

The successful candidate will drive KYC, third‑party due diligence, sanctions, and open‑source software governance, ensuring ethical business conduct and regulatory adherence within maritime, satellite, software, IT and

Qualifications

Substantial experience in compliance, governance, risk management or related functions.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive matters.
Experience in international business environments and regulated sectors helpful.
Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain Navarino's Group Compliance Function across jurisdictions.
Promote integrity and accountability across all business functions.
Oversee due diligence, screening and ongoing monitoring of third parties.
Monitor sanctions, export controls and trade compliance and escalate risks.
