Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to AML/Risk/Compliance/Sanctions or banking operations.
• Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and escalates sanction-related wire transactions for OFAC and other sanctions.
• Quality control of sanctions screening to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Advises business partners on the Sanctions Compliance Program and relevant laws and changes.
• Identifies sanctions compliance risks in company activities.
• Collaborates on projects and demonstrates ongoing learning and basic project management.
• Consults with management on more complex investigations and cross-functional issues.
• Operates independently with in-depth knowledge of financial crimes and cross-functional scope.
