Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies.
• Perform audits and monitoring to ensure policy adherence.
• Investigate compliance concerns and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Stay updated on healthcare laws and industry guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, finance, and health departments.
