Job summary

Border Bank seeks a Compliance Manager to administer the enterprise CMS, manage regulatory change, training, and testing, and coordinate examinations. The role also serves as the CRA Officer and provides Board reporting.

We value experience administering CMS, developing procedures with department managers, and delivering staff training on regulatory changes across multiple states. Excellent governance and risk oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years banking compliance experience preferred.
• CRCM or CCBCO certification preferred; continued professional education expected.
• Proficiency administering a CMS, leading regulatory examinations, and presenting to management or Board is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Bank's CMS including regulatory change management, policies, training, and testing.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, and responses for risk management.
• Serve as CRA Officer and oversee Community Reinvestment Act program.
