• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional compliance certification preferred.
• Experience administering a CMS, leading regulatory examinations, and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer CMS including regulatory change management, policies, training, monitoring, testing, and reporting.
• Serve as CRA Officer; coordinate examinations, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and train staff on changes.
• Coordinate risk assessments and ensure appropriate governance and oversight.
