KeyBank is seeking a Real Estate Secured Compliance Officer to support Mortgage and Home Equity Origination within Compliance Risk Management. You will research and apply laws and regulations to business processes, provide consultative advice, and perform oversight to mitigate risk outside the desired appetite.

This role emphasizes collaboration across lines of business and independent evaluation of controls.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying laws and regulations relevant to banking and consumer finance.

Responsabilités

• Provide second line of defense oversight and monitoring of processes and controls, identify improvements and facilitate changes.
• Review policies and procedures for consistency with current banking and securities regulations.
• Educate and provide consultative advice on various regulations.
• Provide independent review and challenge to business activities.
• Lead compliance-related projects and mentor junior staff.
