Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, fraud investigations, risk management, or related roles.
• Strong experience with fraud analytics, data analysis tools, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud analytics, detection, and monitoring efforts with dashboards and reports.
• Oversee internal and external investigations; gather evidence and prepare reports.
• Develop and maintain theft-prevention and internal control programs across operations.
• Support SOX-related testing and interface with auditors.
• Produce regular compliance reporting for leadership and governance.
