The Sr. Compliance Fraud Manager is responsible for leading the fraud compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, internal policies, and industry standards related to fraud prevention, detection, monitoring, and remediation. This role manages a team of compliance professionals, and partners closely with Fraud Operations, Legal, and Business Line leadership to identify and mitigate fraud-related compliance risks.The ideal candidate is a seasoned compliance professional with deep regulatory knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a complex, highly regulated environment.
