Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Compliance Administrator to provide analytic and administrative support to the Compliance department in Lakewood, CO. You will assist the Standards Committee, maintain documentation, and analyze compliance data to identify improvement opportunities.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Travel is less than 25% and a 5+ year background in compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or 5 years direct work experience in compliance administration/analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years direct work experience in compliance administration or analyst role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Standards Committee administration, prepare agendas/minutes and ensure documentation reflects current practices.
• Analyze and maintain compliance documentation; extract reports and ensure guidelines are current.
• Analyze company/industry release and compliance data; identify improvement areas.
