Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree and admission to a State Bar required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional legal experience in life sciences.
• Experience with pharmaceutical advertising, promotion and healthcare interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement and maintain a healthcare and corporate compliance program.
• Provide proactive legal and compliance guidance across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and IT.
• Advise on sales/marketing strategies with respect to healthcare laws and industry codes.
• Lead and participate in compliance committees and training initiatives.
• Investigate and remediate potential violations and strengthen risk management.
