In accordance with state and department guidelines, this position performs duties including responding to consumer complaints, state audits and inquiries, monitoring industry circulars and legislative changes, and data calls. The role involves working closely with Legal and Corporate Compliance to interpret requirements, provide recommendations, and implement changes.

The role requires keeping up with state/territory issues impacting CNA products and processes, ensuring requirements are aligned, and facilitating collaboration and progress monitoring.

Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure implementation of required regulatory changes, acting as an advisor to underwriting peers and liaising with legal.
  • Monitor circulars and bulletins, translating trends into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to address issues and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with IT to meet system and application needs.
  • Support responses to market conduct exams and audits, collaborating across disciplines.
  • Manage projects involving multiple business partners.
  • Participate in developing and implementing new compliance requirements.
  • Lead responses to state inquiries, developing resolutions.
  • Lead special projects and mentor team members as needed.

Additional duties may be assigned.
