Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, consulting, project management, or related area.
• 5 years of professional experience in a compliance-related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex assurance/effectiveness reviews, with defined goals and timelines.
• Evaluate compliance controls and adherence to university policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports with evidence and defend findings.
• Assist investigations of policy breaches and non-compliance.
• Maintain relationships with compliance personnel and stay current on developments.
