You will analyze claims, coding, and billing data to identify risks, prepare reports, and support investigations, with opportunities to lead audits and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or related field.
• 5 years of professional compliance experience.
• Preferred: Compliance Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex assurance/effectiveness reviews.
• Evaluate compliance controls and policies.
• Prepare compliance reports with evidence and defend findings.
• Assist investigations of policy breaches and determine causes and prevention.
• Maintain relationships with compliance personnel to achieve objectives.
• Stay abreast of current developments in compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance training materials and conduct sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
