Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a C&I Compliance Analyst to join the Office of Compliance and Integrity. This role focuses on evaluating compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls, conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and reporting findings to leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 4+ years in compliance or auditing, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Four (4) years of work experience in compliance, internal audit, or law firm preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer experience: Microsoft Office products.
• High degree of organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance with organizational policies, regulations and internal controls.
• Conduct audits, review documentation and processes, identify risk areas.
• Recommend corrective actions and prepare leadership reports.
• Collaborate with operational teams to promote compliance and monitor action plans.
