• Bachelor’s degree required in Law, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with a Bachelor’s, or 5+ years with a Master.
• Citizenship and security clearance requirements: U.S. citizen with TS/SCI + Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to the Compliance Group to ensure compliance with laws, orders, regulations governing mission activities.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails; recommend process improvements.
• Report status and clearance gaps to the executive team.
• Establish a consistent control framework for all domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate compliance training and changes in procedures due to new regulations.
• Monitor and analyze federal/state statutes and their impact on operations.
• Provide guidance on required actions/policies and conformance tests.
