Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc is seeking a Compliance Analyst Level 3 to support mission-critical compliance functions for a federal customer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph; U.S. citizenship is required and sponsorship is not available.

The analyst will assess compliance with applicable laws, perform control evaluations, and report gaps to senior leadership. Deep experience in intelligence, cybersecurity, or mission environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting or related field is required.
• Eight years of relevant experience with Associate's degree, or Seven years with Bachelor's degree, or Five years with Master's degree.
• Two additional years of experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, orders, and regulations governing mission activities.
• Evaluate internal control systems and audit trails; recommend improvements.
• Report status and clearance gaps to executive team.
• Establish control framework for domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate compliance training and procedural changes.
• Monitor and analyze federal statutes affecting operations.
• Guide other departments on actions/policies and monitoring issues.
