Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Compliance Analyst Level 3 to support mission-critical compliance functions for a federal customer.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in compliance, legal, auditing, or related disciplines within intelligence or cybersecurity environments and strong analytical judgment, communication, and attention to detail. This role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, with no sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related field from an accredited college.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or Five (5) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.
• Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of Ten (10) years.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to the Compliance Group to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing mission activities.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of internal controls and audit trails and recommend process improvements.
• Report status and clearance gaps to executive leadership.
• Establish a consistent control framework for all domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate compliance training and update procedures per new regulations.
• Monitor and analyze current and proposed federal statutes for impact on operations.
• Guide other departments on actions/policies, conformance tests and monitoring.
