You will help monitor and implement investment restrictions across funds and asset types, coding rules into Charles River and Aladdin, and collaborate with Investment, Legal, Operations, ESG, and Client Services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with SEC/CFTC/FINRA rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and code compliance rules into Charles River and Aladdin.
• Build and load compliance lists used by guidelines.
• Monitor ad-hoc requests via Service Now and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reporting for Senior Management and support account onboarding.
