Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry.
• Working knowledge of the 1940 Act and SEC/CFTC/FINRA rules.
• Proficient with Charles River/Aladdin/Bloomberg AIM/ThinkFolio.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of equity and fixed income securities and derivatives.
• Strong work ethic and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and code logic-based compliance rules into Charles River and Aladdin for automated testing.
• Assist with building and loading lists used by compliance rules.
• Monitor and respond to ad-hoc requests via Service Now.
• Collaborate with Investment, Trading, Legal, Operations, ESG, Data and Client Services teams.
• Develop processes and present solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Improve guideline oversight monitoring to reduce manual testing and increase efficiency.
• Prepare reporting documentation for Senior Management review.
• Represent compliance in projects and working groups.
• Contribute to development of AI tools for the Global Guideline Implementation Team.
