Job summary

Rise Technical in Boston, MA is seeking a Compliance Analyst to own and shape compliance processes within a fast-growing AI and cybersecurity technology company.

You will maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2, conduct risk assessments, manage audit preparation, respond to customer security questionnaires, and work with GRC platforms such as Vanta. This hands-on role offers ownership and a clear path to leadership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management and security compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Familiar with federal compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms and security questionnaires.

You’ll be joining a growing technology business, taking responsibility for maintaining compliance frameworks, managing governance and risk processes and supporting the company's security and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on position focused on compliance operations, risk management, audit preparation and responding to customer security enquiries.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the company's compliance processes, work closely with internal teams and support the development of its governance and security frameworks. The Role:
