Rise Technical in Boston, MA is seeking a Compliance Analyst to own and shape compliance processes within a fast-growing AI and cybersecurity technology company.

You will maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2, conduct risk assessments, manage audit preparation, respond to customer security questionnaires, and work with GRC platforms such as Vanta. This hands-on role offers ownership and a clear path to leadership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management and security compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Familiar with federal compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms and security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Conduct risk assessments and support governance initiatives.
• Manage compliance documentation, evidence collection and audit preparation.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance enquiries.
• Utilize GRC platforms to track compliance requirements and improvements.
