Loxo is seeking a Security Compliance Advisor II to guide organizations through ISO 27001, SOC 2, and privacy frameworks, translating complex security requirements into business value. This remote role targets US-based clients and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and pre-sales support.

You will drive risk assessments, deliver tailored demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to craft compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in cybersecurity compliance consulting or related advisory roles.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Knowledge of Public Cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to present complex security concepts to business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide ISO 27001, SOC 2, and privacy framework journeys for clients.
• Deliver story-driven product demonstrations and risk discussions with stakeholders.
• Scope tailored project plans and ensure seamless service delivery with cross-functional teams.

• Job Title: Security Compliance Advisor II
• Location: Remote (US-based)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (DOE) + equity + benefits
• Travel: 0% - 5%

Required Technical Skills:

• 2-4+ years of compliance-related cybersecurity consulting experience
• Cybersecurity & Risk Frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Public Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Pre-Sales Technical Consulting & Product Demonstrations
• Experience in creating and providing training with support documents

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Privacy Frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)

What You Will Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through ISO 27001, SOC 2, and privacy framework journeys.
• Deliver story-driven product demonstrations and lead technical risk discussions with prospects and executive stakeholders.
• Scope tailored project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Partner with Sales on technical pre-sales engagements, translating complex features into direct business benefits.

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk advisory, or pre-sales security engineering.
• Practical expertise with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and cloud security concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven capability to present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical business leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification within 3 months of hire.
