Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in complex litigation or product liability defense.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex litigation and product liability defense in state and federal courts.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue substantive motions including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Develop litigation strategy with clients, partners, and experts.
