Qualifications

• 4th to 7th year associate with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in motion practice and discovery management.
• Comfortable handling multiple significant matters.
• Clerkship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct witness interviews and depositions.
• Participate in arbitrations and trials.
• Take a leadership role in case management.
