Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in complex litigation and motion practice.
• Experience with mass torts or product liability cases preferred.
• Clerkship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation and trial preparation.
• Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct witness interviews and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Participate in arbitrations and trials.
