Responsibilities

• Own the matter day-to-day: scope, budget, direct timekeepers, keep to plan.
• Serve as primary client contact; escalate risk, budget, or strategy as needed.
• Draft and argue motions, take/defend depositions, manage discovery, carry to hearing or trial.
