Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL to manage a robust litigation portfolio from inception through resolution. You will advise clients, draft and argue pleadings, and represent them at hearings across Florida.

The role requires strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced firm environment. Ideal candidates bring five or more years of civil litigation experience, Florida Bar membership in good standing,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Five+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, creditors' rights, or real property litigation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of litigation matters through all case phases.
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials throughout Florida.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff.
